How to Use
- Wash hands thoroughly before handling the pad
- Remove the pad from its individual wrapper
- Peel off the adhesive backing from the pad
- Place the sticky side firmly on your underwear, positioning appropriately
- Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press to secure
- Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed
- Wrap the used pad and dispose it off properly in a waste bin
