Order Cancellation & Refund Policy


- Orders can be cancelled within 12 Hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Returns & Refunds  


We accept returns and issue refunds only in the case of damaged products  

Proof Required 

 - Customers must provide a clear unboxing video that captures the entire process of opening the package and clearly shows the condition of the item upon delivery.  
- Important Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

Refund Process

 - Once the proof is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.  
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method  used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items  
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns :  
1. Used or Opened Products:  Items that have been opened or used after delivery.  
2. Customer-Damaged Items:  Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.  
3. Products Without Proof:  Items for which an unboxing video has not been provided.  
4. Items Without Original Packaging:  Products returned without their original packaging intact.
